Senior Legal Assistant (Corporate)

**Full time, permanent position Supporting a Head of Sydney CBD 1 Day WFH Up to $110,000 package**

The Role & Duties

Working in the Corporate team, this is a busy role supporting two Partner, including the Head of practice, and a team. You’ll be an integral part of a close-knit team that values collaboration, efficiency and a proactive attitude. Your responsibilities will include:

• Monthly billing and time entry
• Preparing presentations and pitches
• File and matter management (electronic and hard copy)
• Liaising with clients and various stakeholders
• Preparing and amending legal documents and correspondence
• Opening and closing matters
• Assisting with court documents, briefs and e-filing
• General administrative support to the team

About You

• 3+ years experience supporting at senior level in a private practice law firm
• Billing experience
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise
• Friendly, adaptable and team-focused
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive mindset
