Shield Exteriors is hiring an experienced Roofing Project Manager to oversee residential roofing projects in Garrett, Indiana and surrounding areas.

This is a hands-on role responsible for keeping projects organized, on schedule, and up to company quality standards from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple roofing projects from scheduling through completion
• Coordinate crews, materials, deliveries, and project timelines
• Pull permits and ensure projects meet applicable building requirements
• Perform jobsite and quality-control inspections
• Communicate with homeowners, crews, and management
• Resolve jobsite issues quickly and professionally
• Maintain safety, workmanship, and customer-service standards

Requirements

• Roofing or residential construction management experience
• Strong knowledge of roofing installation and construction
• Excellent organization, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects at once
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
