Job Description
Job Overview
We are looking for a high-energy, multifaceted Executive Personal Assistant & Lifestyle Manager to support a high-performing entrepreneur with interests in beauty, real estate, and more. This is a “hybrid” role that sits at the intersection of professional business operations and high-end personal lifestyle management.
You will be the “anchor” for the Principal, ensuring that their professional environment is pristine and their personal brand assets (hair, makeup, wardrobe) are always camera-ready.
Responsibilities
1. Specialized Beauty & Wardrobe Management
- Wig & Hair Care: Execute professional-grade washing, conditioning, and styling maintenance for a collection of wigs. Ensure they are stored correctly to maintain lace integrity and style.
- Beauty Kit Maintenance: Sanitize makeup brushes and tools daily/weekly. Monitor beauty product inventory for the Principal’s personal use and for the Beauty Brand development.
- Closet Curating: Maintain a “boutique-standard” closet. This includes color-coding, seasonal rotations, and ensuring all garments are steamed and ready for immediate use.
2. Business Support: Beauty & Real Estate
- Beauty Brand Liaison: Assist with brand-related tasks such as organizing product samples, coordinating with manufacturers, and managing social media assets or PR mailers.
- Real Estate Coordination: Support the Principal’s real estate ventures by scheduling inspections, liaising with property managers, organizing listing files, and occasionally visiting properties to ensure they are “show-ready.”
- Professional Space Upkeep: Maintain the organization of the home office or professional studio, ensuring a minimalist, high-productivity environment at all times.
3. General Executive Assistance
- Calendar & Logistics: Manage complex scheduling across multiple businesses and personal appointments.
- Travel & Packing: Oversee travel arrangements and “mission-critical” packing (ensuring all hair, beauty, and wardrobe pieces are accounted for).
- Ad-Hoc Errands: Handle everything from high-priority document deliveries to personal shopping.
Candidate Requirements
Organization: Expert-level knowledge of home and office organization systems, with the ability to create and maintain highly structured and efficient environments.
Beauty Knowledge: Prior experience in hair styling, makeup artistry, or high-end beauty retail is a strong plus.
Business Acumen: Basic understanding of real estate transactions and brand marketing is preferred.
Discretion: Must be able to work in private residences while maintaining strict confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
Technology Skills: Proficiency in Google Workspace, Slack, and project management tools such as Asana or Monday.com.
Why This Role?
This is not a traditional “9-to-5” desk job. You will be a right-hand partner to a growing mogul, gaining behind-the-scenes exposure to the beauty and real estate industries while exercising your passion for aesthetics and organization.
Pay: $25.00 - $30.66 per hour
Work Location: In person
