Job Summary
The Client Servicing & Education Support Assistant supports assigned clients across their day-to-day needs, education-related matters and practical arrangements in the UK.
The role requires strong communication, organisation and adaptability to respond effectively to changing client and business needs. The postholder will take ownership of assigned matters while working closely with the Client Servicing team to ensure effective coordination and follow-up.
Familiarity with the UK higher education environment and the needs of international clients would be particularly valuable.
Key Responsibilities
1. Client Servicing & Coordination
- Support assigned clients across a range of day-to-day needs and ongoing matters.
- Act as a professional and approachable point of contact, understanding client requests and coordinating appropriate follow-up.
- Coordinate practical arrangements which may include appointments, bookings, property and lifestyle matters, travel and other client requirements.
- Maintain clear and timely communication with clients and relevant colleagues.
- Take ownership of assigned matters and ensure actions are followed through appropriately.
- Provide calm and professional support where matters are sensitive, urgent or unfamiliar.
2. Education Support & Coordination
- Monitor relevant university or school communications, portals, deadlines, timetables and other education-related updates where required.
- Support routine education-related administration, communication and follow-up.
- Organise and summarise relevant information and flag matters requiring further attention or review.
- Coordinate tutoring arrangements, including scheduling, tutor communication, client reminders and follow-up.
- Assist with education-related procedures, documentation and enquiries in collaboration with colleagues and the line manager.
- Maintain organised records of relevant academic information, actions and key dates.
3. Administrative, Operational & Project Support
- Maintain accurate client records, trackers and supporting documentation.
- Conduct research and gather information to support client requests and ongoing matters.
- Coordinate with external service providers, institutions and other stakeholders where required.
- Support projects through research, documentation, scheduling and general coordination.
- Assist with ad-hoc operational and administrative assignments according to business priorities.
4. Team Collaboration & Flexibility
- Work closely with colleagues and contribute positively to a collaborative team environment.
- Share relevant information clearly and provide cross-functional support where required.
- Manage changing priorities constructively and adapt to different types of client needs and assignments.
- Recognise when a matter requires further review or escalation and raise it promptly with the line manager.
- Provide appropriate cross-cover and support to colleagues when workload or client priorities require.
Client Assignments & Travel
Due to the nature of the company’s client servicing work, the role may occasionally involve time-sensitive support outside the usual day-to-day workflow.
The postholder may also be required to support clients during UK or international travel or extended client assignments from time to time. Flexibility and willingness to adapt during such periods are therefore important.
