Technical Product Lead, ACREAbout the Role

Campground Views recently launched ACRE, our campground reservation and operations platform, and we are looking for a highly technical, entrepreneurial product builder to help lead what comes next.

This is not a traditional Product Manager role where you write tickets and hand them to developers. It is also not a traditional Developer role where someone else decides what needs to be built.

We need someone who can understand the customer, identify the real problem, determine the right solution, help build it, ship it, and continue improving it based on how customers actually use the product.

ACRE will be the primary focus of this role.

Our customers are actively onboarding and using the platform. You will work closely with leadership, developers, Client Success, Sales, and campground owners to help shape the product roadmap and turn real customer feedback into a better product.

What You’ll Do

• Take ownership of product development from customer problem through production
• Help define and prioritize the ACRE product roadmap
• Speak with customers and turn feedback into clear product requirements
• Identify bugs, usability issues, missing features, and opportunities for improvement
• Break larger initiatives into clear development tasks and acceptance criteria
• Work directly with developers to keep projects moving and remove blockers
• Contribute hands-on technically through coding, prototyping, debugging, API work, architecture, or code review
• Monitor how customers use new features after they launch
• Research competing campground reservation platforms and identify opportunities for ACRE to be better
• Use modern AI development tools to increase speed, quality, and output

What We’re Looking For

We care more about what you have built than the titles you have held.

You may currently be a Product Engineer, Senior Full-Stack Developer, Technical Product Manager, Technical Product Lead, Founding Engineer, or Startup Engineer.

Ideally, you have:

• 4+ years of experience building software products
• Strong full-stack technical capabilities
• Experience shipping products or major features used by real customers
• Experience with APIs, databases, integrations, and modern web applications
• Strong product instincts and an understanding of user experience
• Experience turning customer needs into technical requirements
• Experience working with or directing developers
• Strong communication skills
• Experience working in a fast-moving startup environment
• Strong proficiency with AI-assisted development tools
• The ability to operate independently and figure things out without constant direction

Experience with SaaS, booking platforms, reservation systems, payments, hospitality technology, or operational software is a strong asset.

AI Is a Tool, Not the Role

We use AI heavily to accelerate development, research, prototyping, debugging, and execution.

We are not hiring someone specifically to build AI applications, chatbots, or RAG products.

We want someone who knows how to use AI as leverage while still having the technical judgment to recognize when AI-generated work is incorrect, insecure, overly complicated, or solving the wrong problem.

Pay: ₹1,434.00 - ₹1,625.00 per hour
