About the Role

We are looking for an AI Engineer with hands-on experience building real-world applications using modern AI development tools and LLM technologies.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable using tools such as Claude, Cursor, GitHub Copilot and other AI-assisted development platforms, and should understand how to integrate LLMs into production applications.

You will work on AI-powered products, automation, chatbots, agents, and intelligent business applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI-powered applications using LLMs.
• Build applications using Claude, OpenAI, Gemini or similar LLM platforms.
• Use Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot or similar AI coding tools effectively for application development.
• Design and implement AI agents, tool calling and function calling workflows.
• Work with MCP (Model Context Protocol) and build or integrate MCP servers/tools where appropriate.
• Integrate AI models with databases, APIs, SaaS platforms and enterprise systems.
• Develop RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) applications using vector databases and embeddings.
• Work with prompt engineering, structured outputs and context management.
• Develop AI chatbots, copilots, automation workflows and intelligent assistants.
• Build integrations with REST APIs and third-party services.
• Write clean, maintainable and production-ready code.
• Debug, test and optimize AI applications for reliability, performance and cost.
• Work closely with senior engineers/product teams to convert business requirements into AI solutions.

Required Skills

• 1+ years of software development / AI application development experience.
• Hands-on experience building applications using Claude, OpenAI, Gemini or other LLMs.
• Practical experience with Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot or similar AI coding assistants.
• Strong programming skills in at least one of:
• JavaScript / TypeScript
• Python
• Node.js
• Understanding of LLM APIs, prompt engineering and function/tool calling.
• Understanding of RAG, embeddings and vector databases.
• Experience working with REST APIs and databases.
• Good understanding of Git and modern software development practices.
• Ability to independently research, experiment and solve problems using AI tools.

Good to Have

• Experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol).
• Experience building or integrating MCP servers and MCP tools.
• Experience with AI agents / agentic workflows.
• Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex or similar frameworks.
• Experience with Supabase, PostgreSQL, MongoDB or other modern databases.
• Experience with vector databases such as pgvector, Pinecone, Weaviate or Qdrant.
• Experience with Next.js / React / Node.js.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure or GCP.
• Experience with Docker and serverless architectures.
• Understanding of AI evaluation, observability, security and production deployment.

What We Are Looking For

We are particularly interested in candidates who build things with AI rather than only study AI.

You should be comfortable taking a requirement such as:

“Build an AI assistant that can understand a user’s request, retrieve information from multiple sources, call external APIs, and perform an action.”

…and independently figure out the architecture, tools, prompts, integrations and implementation.

Experience with Claude + Cursor/Claude Code + MCP + LLM APIs + RAG/Agents will be highly valuable.

Candidates may be asked to demonstrate a previous AI project or complete a practical technical exercise involving:
