Clinical AI Testing — Physician (Residents & Early-Career Welcome)

Overview

Medcase Health connects a network of 20,000+ clinicians across 60+ countries with paid engagements in clinical AI product testing, medical data annotation, and expert research. All work is fully remote, HIPAA-compliant, and designed to fit around an active clinical practice.

Help test a clinical AI platform, remotely, on your own schedule, part of Medcase’s Clinical Product Testing Program. This is a part-time, remote testing engagement designed for residents and early-career physicians. You will use a clinical AI platform the way you would use any clinical reference tool, asking real questions, reviewing what it returns, and flagging where it gets things right or wrong. This is annotation and testing work, not clinical care, and it fits alongside your current training or practice.

What You Will Do

• Submit clinical questions to the platform and review the responses it generates
• Rate each response and submit structured feedback on accuracy, clinical relevance, and usability
• Complete all activity inside a provided, secure virtual environment, no PHI leaves that environment at any point
• If selected for the deeper-dive subset, participate in one approximately 1-hour live interview session about your testing experience

Requirements

• Residents: currently enrolled in an ACGME-accredited categorical residency program in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Med-Peds, any PGY year, active unrestricted license not required
• Early-career physicians: active MD/DO with fewer than 5 years in practice, in GP/PCP, Family Medicine, or Internal Medicine
• Based in and available to participate from the United States
• Prior experience with clinical AI tools welcome, not required

Project Details

• Time commitment: approximately 3 hours per week, over approximately 6 weeks, about 18 hours total
• Compliance: required 30-minute HIPAA/privacy/security training before starting, paid time, included in your total hours
• Support: Medcase manages the engagement end-to-end, so you are not on your own if something breaks, our team handles access issues and technical friction directly
• Duration: engagement runs through mid-December 2026
