About the Role

We’re looking for a hands-on Design Director to help shape and evolve the visual and digital experience across the business. This is a senior individual contributor role with broad creative ownership — someone who can set the creative direction while staying deeply involved in the actual design work.

What You’ll Do

• Set and evolve the creative and visual direction across digital product experiences
• Concept, design, prototype, and execute across a range of creative and digital projects
• Translate business and user needs into clear creative and experience strategies
• Develop and maintain design systems and frameworks that scale
• Explore new interaction models, emerging technologies, and AI-assisted design workflows
• Use rapid prototyping and experimentation to move ideas from concept to execution
• Provide creative direction to internal and external resources while maintaining a high bar for quality
• Help shape how the broader creative function works and evolves

What We’re Looking For

• 7+ years of experience across brand, digital, interaction, or related design disciplines
• Strong portfolio demonstrating both higher-level creative direction and hands-on execution
• Strong visual design and conceptual thinking with excellent attention to craft
• Strong prototyping skills and comfort working quickly and iteratively
• Systems-oriented thinker who can connect individual experiences to a broader brand or product ecosystem
• Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
• Curious about emerging technology and experienced with AI-assisted design tools and workflows
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Experience with Figma and modern prototyping tools; front-end development or motion/video experience is a plus
