**Key Responsibilities:**

• Deliver end-to-end infrastructure and platform support across cloud, virtualization, and observability environments.

• Ensure high availability, security, and reliability of IT operations.

• Drive continuous improvement and proactive monitoring for seamless client experiences.

**Must-Have Skills:**

• 7–12 years of IT infrastructure experience, with expertise in Citrix Cloud, AVD, and Microsoft Azure.

• Strong background in Windows Infrastructure and VMware.

• Experience with MFT/FTP services and observability tools like Grafana and Azure Monitor.

**Preferred Skills:**

• Automation and continuous improvement mindset.

• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

• Relevant certifications in Microsoft Azure, Citrix, or VMware are a plus.
