Azure Project Manager

2. About the Opportunity:

The Azure Project Manager role is responsible for leading cloud transformation and modernization projects using Microsoft Azure technologies. This position ensures successful project delivery from initiation to closure, aligning cloud adoption efforts with business goals and operational standards. The role impacts enterprise clients by managing teams and resources to drive scalable, secure cloud solutions and maintaining strong client relationships throughout the engagement.

3. Responsibilities:

• Lead delivery of Azure cloud projects across various industries
• Manage full project lifecycle: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, closure
• Define business requirements, project scope, and success criteria with clients
• Coordinate global delivery teams including architects, engineers, offshore resources
• Drive cloud migration, application modernization, and infrastructure transformation
• Ensure compliance with delivery frameworks, governance, and quality benchmarks
• Manage project budgets, forecasting, and cost optimization
• Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies
• Provide executive reporting with status updates, KPIs, and metrics
• Facilitate Agile, Scrum, or hybrid methodologies based on client needs
• Support pre-sales activities: solution shaping, estimates, client presentations
• Build and maintain trusted client relationships

4. Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of IT project management experience with cloud or infrastructure focus
• At least 3 years managing Azure-based solutions or cloud migrations
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure services, architecture, and best practices
• Experience leading distributed/global teams in consulting or services
• Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (Azure DevOps, Jira, MS Project)

5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• Starting pay range for this remote role is $88,538 - $132,562 across US locations
• Actual compensation varies based on location, experience, skills, and qualifications
• Eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and company performance
