AI GTM Systems Specialist

2. About the Opportunity:

The AI GTM Systems Specialist role focuses on integrating artificial intelligence into the global Go-to-Market strategy to enhance customer journey workflows. This position is instrumental in designing and optimizing AI-driven processes that increase pipeline velocity and operational efficiency, directly impacting revenue growth and scalable business performance.

3. Responsibilities:



• Build and maintain AI-enabled workflows across the customer lifecycle, including campaign creation and account-based sales support.
• Manage outbound prospecting processes, including list generation, enrichment, sequencing, reply management, and meeting transitions.
• Design AI infrastructure components such as prompt templates and data retrieval pipelines integrating internal content and CRM.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols, data protection, content filtering, and email deliverability standards.
• Conduct performance testing and track key metrics like pipeline growth, meetings booked, and time savings to optimize AI systems.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to identify pain points and lead AI initiative pilots.

4. Requirements:

• 1 to 3 years of experience developing or operating AI/ML applications and LLM agent workflows.
• 1 to 5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, or Sales Operations within a B2B SaaS environment.
• Proficiency with LLM APIs (Anthropic, OpenAI), prompt engineering, Python, automation tools (Zapier, Make, n8n), and platforms like Clay and Salesforce.
• Understanding of email deliverability, compliance regulations, and measuring ROI through key performance indicators.
• Strong communication skills for translating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and gathering user requirements.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• On target earnings starting at $120,000, increasing based on experience.
