Midtown Manhattan, New York Hybrid

$65,000 – $75,000 base salary

Join a privately owned boutique bank where you’ll work directly with international high-net-worth clients and be a visible, valued part of a small team. As the operational partner to one of our Relationship Managers, you’ll help manage client onboarding, transactions, and day-to-day servicing, so our clients get the fast, personal experience Interaudi is known for. This is a strong opportunity to build a career in private banking, with hands-on training from our Relationship Managers.

What You’ll Do

• Support client onboarding and documentation, with training provided
• Process and monitor wires, transactions, and account maintenance requests
• Partner with Compliance, Operations, and Credit to resolve client needs quickly and accurately
• Prepare polished client correspondence and reporting materials
• Uphold strict confidentiality and internal controls

What You Bring

• 1-2+ years in banking, wealth management, or a client-facing financial services role (e.g., teller, banking operations, KYC/onboarding, customer service)
• Interest in building a career in private banking; prior private banking exposure a plus but not required
• Exceptional attention to detail and professional discretion
• Bachelor’s degree required
• A plus: fluency in French, Arabic, or Spanish. Our clients are global
