UI/UX Designer/Urgent/Onsite

Role Description The UI/UX Designer will work on-site in Gujranwala in a full-time capacity, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to design intuitive and visually appealing digital experiences. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for web and mobile interfaces, refining user flows, and ensuring designs are aligned with business goals and brand guidelines. The role involves conducting basic user research, translating requirements into user-centered designs, and working with front-end developers to ensure accurate implementation of design assets. The designer will also iterate on existing interfaces based on feedback and performance data, maintaining consistency and usability across all digital products.

Qualifications

• Strong visual design skills, including experience creating layouts, mockups, and design systems.
• Proficiency in user experience design (UED), with the ability to map user journeys and optimize usability.
• Hands-on experience with prototyping tools and workflows to create interactive prototypes for testing and review.
• Basic understanding of front-end development concepts to collaborate effectively with engineering teams.
• Proficiency with common UI/UX tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD or similar).
• Ability to work on-site in Gujranwala and collaborate in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to present and justify design decisions to stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Prior experience designing for marketing, eCommerce, or agency environments is an advantage.
