ServiceNow Developer (Freelancer)

Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior ServiceNow Developer with 6+ years of experience in ServiceNow development, configuration, and implementation. The candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in ITOM, CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, infrastructure discovery, integrations, and CMDB data quality, along with good knowledge of ITSM modules.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain ServiceNow ITOM & ITSM solutions.
• Hands-on experience with CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management & CMDB Health.
• Manage CI relationships, dependencies, CSDM & CMDB data quality.
• Handle Discovery onboarding, troubleshooting, duplicate CIs & supercluster issues.
• Configure Event Management, monitoring integrations, connectors & alert processing.
• Develop and consume REST APIs and server-side integrations.
• Work with MID Server, Flow Designer & automation.
• Experience with servers, cloud, load balancers, Citrix & monitoring tools.
• Troubleshoot Discovery, CMDB, Service Mapping & integration issues.
• Working knowledge of SAM & HAM.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, cloud, monitoring & application teams.
• Support development, testing, deployment & production activities

Required Skills

• 6+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience.
• Strong experience in ITOM and CMDB.
• Hands-on experience with Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management.
• Strong understanding of CI relationships, service dependencies, and CMDB Health.
• Experience working with infrastructure/server discovery and monitoring integrations.
• Good understanding of REST APIs, connectors, integrations, and event processing.
• Experience with Flow Designer and ServiceNow automation.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform configuration and troubleshooting.
• Good knowledge of ITSM modules, SAM, and HAM.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills
