ServiceNow GRC \IRM Senior Developer

Job Description:

• 10+ years of experience in ServiceNow development with exposure to Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) / Integrated Risk Management (IRM) implementations.
• Hands-on experience working with ServiceNow GRC/IRM modules, including Policy and Compliance Management, Risk Management, Audit Management, and Vendor Risk Management (VRM).
• Experience configuring and maintaining ServiceNow GRC/IRM solutions in support of business, compliance, and operational requirements.
• Understanding of risk and control frameworks, compliance assessments, policy management, and audit processes.
• Familiarity with mapping risks, controls, policies, and compliance requirements to CMDB entities and business services.
• Working knowledge of CMDB and Common Service Data Model (CSDM) concepts.
• Experience developing ServiceNow solutions using Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and JavaScript.
• Experience configuring ServiceNow applications using out-of-the-box capabilities while minimizing customizations.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities, data model, security, and development best practices.

Experience integrating ServiceNow with other enterprise systems using REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, or MID Server technologies.

• Familiarity with role-based access controls (RBAC), platform security, and compliance reporting requirements.
• Experience supporting risk assessments, control testing, compliance activities, audit management, and remediation tracking processes.
• Ability to create and maintain dashboards, reports, Performance Analytics indicators, and risk/compliance metrics.
• Experience participating in system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), defect resolution, and deployment activities.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve platform and application issues.
• Experience preparing technical documentation, configuration documents, knowledge articles, and support materials.
• Ability to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into ServiceNow solutions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, compliance teams, security teams, and technical teams to deliver effective solutions.
• Support platform upgrades, enhancements, and ongoing maintenance activities while adhering to ServiceNow best practices.
• Participate in Agile development processes including sprint planning, backlog refinement, development, testing, and technical reviews.
• Provide application support, incident resolution, and enhancement recommendations for existing ServiceNow GRC/IRM implementations.
• Ensure developed solutions meet performance, scalability, security, and maintainability requirements.
• Work closely with senior developers, architects, and project teams to deliver successful GRC/IRM implementations.
• Stay updated with new ServiceNow features and recommend improvements to enhance platform capabilities and user experience.
