The Role
OpenTrain is seeking a Corporate Transactions AI Training Attorney to provide expert legal analysis for AI training work. You will review complex corporate documents, contracts, transaction structures, and commercial litigation materials, then communicate the legal principles, reasoning, and drafting considerations that should guide high-quality model outputs.
The role is listed as entry level in the project data, but it requires substantial and current legal experience. Candidates must hold an active US law license and have current or recent top-tier BigLaw experience in corporate transactions or related commercial litigation.
