About the Role
Allo Innoware is scaling its ecommerce operations and is looking for an AI Operations & Automation Manager to turn manual business processes into reliable AI-powered workflows.
You will work directly with the Founder and teams across Operations, Ecommerce, Customer Support, Finance and HR to identify repetitive work, automate it, and reduce day-to-day operational dependency.
Key Responsibilities
- Map and understand existing business processes before automating them.
- Build AI and automation workflows using ChatGPT, Google Sheets, Apps Script, n8n/Make, APIs and related tools.
- Automate reporting, reconciliations, audits, follow-ups, marketplace operations and exception monitoring.
- Create clear AI instructions, validation rules and approval processes.
- Test workflows for errors, missing data, duplicates and unusual cases.
- Monitor automations and troubleshoot failures.
- Maintain an Automation Master tracking workflows, owners, risks and performance.
- Reduce repetitive operational work and unnecessary Founder involvement.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong logical and structured thinking.
- Hands-on experience with ChatGPT/AI tools and automation.
- Good knowledge of Google Sheets and data handling.
- Basic Google Apps Script and API understanding.
- Experience with n8n, Make or similar automation platforms.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to understand a messy business process and turn it into a clear, reliable system.
- Ecommerce experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
You don’t need to be a hardcore developer. We value logic, ownership and problem-solving more than degrees or certifications.
First 90 Days
- Map key repetitive workflows.
- Build and prioritize an Automation Master.
- Deploy reliable AI/automation workflows.
- Establish testing and failure-monitoring systems.
- Target 50–100 hours/month reduction in repetitive operational work and supervision.
Selection Process
Candidates will complete a practical business-process assignment involving workflow design, automation, testing and risk handling.
