Executive Assistant / Legal Assistant

Overview
Creative Custody Solutions is a court-involved forensic psychology practice specializing in custody evaluations and complex family law matters.

We are seeking a highly capable, long-term Executive Assistant to support a licensed psychologist in managing a structured, high-level professional practice. This role requires discretion, intellectual engagement, and exceptional organizational skill.

This is not a transitional or short-term position. We are seeking someone interested in a stable, long-term professional role. Concept is to take a small business, and with innovation make the business more robust through automation where the owner can then focus on clinical work. Given its clientele and involvement with the court, details matter and mistakes are costly. You must be comfortable in high stress population and the rigor of precision. “Double checking” is the beginning, Triple checking is the ending.

The opportunities for you: If you have interest in psychology, dynamics in families in distress and litigation, legal nuance and turning a successful practice into an even more successful similar to a start-up company. Perhaps you have already had a career or got your bachelors or master’s but are at home and want something intriguing but not all consuming this may be a good fit. Most work will be remote sometimes meetings at court or in office. The work can range from 15 to 20 hours a week, depending on projects. There are no benefits given part time nature.

Responsibilities

• You will support scheduling, workflow organization, professional document preparation, and structured case management within a confidential legal-clinical environment.

You must be someone who:

· Writes clearly and concisely

· Thinks critically and engages in thoughtful problem-solving

· Anticipates needs rather than waits for instruction… is quick

· Is comfortable working within court system

Experience in legal, paralegal, or other professional service environments is strongly preferred.

Requirements

• Required Technology Fluency

Applicants must demonstrate fluency managing workflow using professional tools such as:

· CLIO legal platform*** (Knowledge in this is a bonus)

· Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Drive)

· Gmail know how to make labels/folders

· How to create lengthy fillable forms

· Adobe Acrobat tools

· Microsoft Word and Excel

· AI-assisted tools

Marketing skills a plus (knowledge of Podcast Garage Band Interface)

Pay: $30.00 - $38.00 per hour

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Orange, CA 92866
