  • Participate in design reviews, critiques, and agile ceremonies, helping drive quality, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Leverage emerging technologies, including AI-powered tools and workflows, to improve design quality, speed, and effectiveness.

What Do You Need To Bring?

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in digital product design, UX/UI, or a related field.
  • A portfolio demonstrating end-to-end experience designing and shipping customer-facing digital products.
  • Strong visual, UX, and interaction design skills with a customer-centered approach to problem solving.
  • Expert proficiency in Figma, including prototyping, design systems, and developer handoff workflows.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, with a sharp eye for visual accuracy, interaction quality, and implementation fidelity throughout the design, QA, and delivery process.
  • Experience creating design artifacts such as user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and design systems.
  • Strong understanding of responsive web design, accessibility standards, and modern digital commerce experiences.
  • Ability to use qualitative and quantitative data to inform and validate design solutions.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working in agile environments and cross-functional product teams.
  • Ability to balance innovation with execution, leveraging established patterns and frameworks when appropriate.
  • Curiosity and enthusiasm for leveraging AI throughout the design process.
  • Ability to work effectively in an iterative environment that values feedback, collaboration, and continuous learning.

Preferred Qualifications
