Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Cloud Architect with 10+ years of Azure experience to design and guide enterprise cloud solutions. The ideal candidate has strong experience in cloud governance, hybrid architecture, security, cost optimization, and architecture review processes.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable, secure Azure architectures aligned with business and technical requirements.
• Lead Architecture Review Board (ARB) discussions and provide guidance on design decisions and standards.
• Establish cloud governance practices for policies, access, compliance, and resource management.
• Design and support hybrid cloud solutions connecting Azure with on-premises environments.
• Apply security best practices across cloud infrastructure and applications.
• Drive FinOps practices, including cost visibility and optimization.
• Guide Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and CI/CD implementation.
• Partner with engineering, security, and business teams to review solutions and resolve architecture challenges.

Required Qualifications

• 10 years of hands-on Azure experience.
• Proven experience designing enterprise-scale cloud solutions.
• Experience with cloud governance and leading or participating in ARB reviews.
• Strong knowledge of hybrid cloud architecture, cloud security, and FinOps.
• Hands-on experience with IaC and CI/CD practices.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work with technical and business stakeholders.
• Ability to work onsite in New York City 3 days per week and attend a local face-to-face interview.
