Job Description
- Do you have experience supporting a CEO, Founder or other C-suite executive in an early-stage startup?
- Have you worked in a Seed to Series D environment where you had to move quickly, manage ambiguity and operate with minimal hand-holding?
- Are you confident managing complex calendars, inboxes and executive communications, including drafting or ghostwriting emails?
- Have you handled broader operational tasks such as invoicing, payments, events, CRM upkeep and ad hoc projects?
- Are you happy to work on-site in Brooklyn 5 days per week?

This is a rare opportunity to join a very small, high-growth and profitable company in a highly trusted Executive Assistant role supporting the CEO and Chief of Staff. The successful candidate will act as the operational backbone of the business across scheduling, communications, payments, events, CRM management and special projects.
The role is based on-site in Brooklyn, 5 days per week. Salary on offer is $100,000 to $140,000, with full medical, dental and vision coverage.
