Executive Operations
This role goes beyond simply managing a calendar. We need someone who can receive a request, understand the goal, and figure out how to get it done.
You may be asked to research something, make a reservation, find a vendor, coordinate a meeting, organize documents, solve a scheduling problem, arrange transportation, follow up with someone repeatedly, or handle an entirely new request you haven’t encountered before.
The expectation is that you take ownership of the task and bring it through completion by being proactive and taking initiative.
