Responsibilities

• Collaborate with curriculum developers and subject matter experts to understand educational objectives and translate them into compelling visual narratives.
• Utilize AI-driven video editing software, animation tools, and digital effects to produce high-quality cinematic videos aligned with curriculum goals.
• Design storyboards, scripts, and visual concepts that effectively communicate complex ideas in an engaging manner.
• Incorporate multimedia elements such as graphics, animations, voiceovers, and sound effects to enhance storytelling and learner engagement.
• Manage the entire video production process from concept development through post-production editing, ensuring timely delivery of content.
• Continuously explore emerging AI technologies and innovative video techniques to improve content quality and production efficiency.
• Maintain detailed project documentation, including storyboards, editing logs, and version control for seamless collaboration.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in video production, animation, or multimedia content creation with a strong portfolio demonstrating cinematic storytelling skills.
• Proficiency with AI-powered video editing tools, animation software (such as LTX Studio, Seedance, Google Veo, Kling, Runway, Synthesia etc.), and digital content creation platforms.
• Strong understanding of instructional design principles and how to translate educational material into engaging visual formats.
• Excellent storytelling abilities with a keen eye for visual composition, pacing, and audience engagement strategies.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Nice-to-have skills include experience with scripting languages for automation, knowledge of 3D modeling or virtual reality environments, and familiarity with various learning management systems.
