Job Description:
Why: Client’s SenSei AIOps team needs someone who owns agent architecture, orchestration, and the trust/autonomy boundary — deciding when an agent acts vs. defers to a human. The need is for someone who has taken multi-agent or autonomous AI systems from prototype to production at real scale — a system that makes decisions and takes actions, not a chatbot wrapper.
Must Have:
- 7–8 years overall experience, with at least 3–4 years recent, hands-on work building and shipping an agentic or autonomous AI system in production
- Direct ownership of core architecture — not a contributor on someone else’s design
- Experience at a company like Meta, NVIDIA, AWS, or Google/Gemini (or equivalent AI-native scale-up)
- Experience building evaluation systems that proved the agent was reliable enough to run with real autonomy
Preferred:
- Exposure to a regulated or mission-critical environment (finance, healthcare, infra)
