ServiceNow Lead Developer

Location: Onsite - New York, NY or Dallas, TX

Job Type: Full-Time Benefits Included

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our team on-site in New York or Dallas. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on development experience with ServiceNow, is comfortable leveraging AI tools to accelerate development, and holds relevant ServiceNow certifications.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • CSA (Certified System Administrator) and CAD (Certified Application Developer) certifications - required

  • Strong scripting experience on the ServiceNow platform (JavaScript, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes) - required

  • Experience leveraging AI tools/features within development workflows - required

  • Experience with CAD-level configuration and application development - preferred

  • IRM (Integrated Risk Management) experience - good to have
