Support enterprise customers through Ethernet and Fibre delivery, managing telecom orders from planning to service activation. Coordinate engineers and stakeholders, handle voice calls, track milestones, resolve risks and ensure timely delivery SLAs.

Required Candidate profile

Graduate with 1–5 years in telecom operations, Ethernet/Fibre planning, FTTx/FTTP or service delivery. Strong English voice skills, customer handling, stakeholder coordination, Excel & order tracking.
