Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Product Analyst to support our team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, and ensuring a seamless integration of the CIAM solution across all relevant channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with stakeholders to elicit, document, and validate business and technical requirements for the CIAM platform.
- Analyse existing authentication and authorization workflows and identify opportunities for improvement using the CIAM solution.
- Assist in mapping user journeys and defining use cases for login, registration, password management, and multi-factor authentication across all channels.
- Collaborate with project managers, developers, and QA teams to ensure requirements are accurately implemented and tested.
- Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues, ensuring timely resolution and escalation when necessary.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide training and documentation to business users and support teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience as a business or product analyst, preferably with identity management or digital authentication projects.
- Strong understanding of CIAM concepts, security protocols (OAuth, SAML, OpenID Connect), and digital channel integration.
- Understanding of Identity Provider (IdP) platforms, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) policy design, and adaptive/risk-based authentication strategies.
- Foundational working knowledge of Splunk and SQL for querying, analysing, and reporting.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in agile project environments is a plus.
