Salesforce AI Specialist - Full-Time

Role Overview: This position involves designing, developing, and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions with a focus on Health Cloud features such as care plans, clinical data models, and provider/patient management. The role includes building Apex classes, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and configuring data models, as well as integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs. Collaborating with business analysts and architects to translate requirements into technical solutions, ensuring compliance with healthcare data security standards, and supporting deployment and performance tuning are key responsibilities.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum of eight years’ Salesforce development experience with Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and Triggers.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and Agentforce Specialist certifications are required; additional certifications like Platform Developer II or Health Cloud Accredited Professional are preferred.
• Expertise in Salesforce Health Cloud data models, integrations (HL7/FHIR), and APIs (REST, SOAP).
• Proficiency with version control, CI/CD tools, and generative AI concepts, including responsible AI practices.
• Strong understanding of healthcare compliance (HIPAA, PHI/PII handling) and experience with Salesforce Shield and enterprise AI/ML services.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management skills, and ability to work collaboratively.

Key Duties

• Design and develop scalable Salesforce solutions with healthcare focus.

• Configure Agentforce and develop AI-driven experiences using Salesforce and external data sources.
• Implement agent testing, observability, guardrails, and monitor production environments.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements and optimize performance.
