Manager, SAP AI & Agent Governance

This role is for a Manager, SAP AI & Agent Governance within an Advisory Technology organization focused on driving innovative business processes through AI and automation.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Leading the design and implementation of AI-enabled processes across SAP modules such as Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Manufacturing.
• Applying SAP functional expertise to define governance models, including responsibilities, access controls, approval thresholds, and segregation of duties.
• Designing governance frameworks for AI agents, including identity, lifecycle management, monitoring, and human oversight.
• Assessing risks in AI-enabled processes and developing control frameworks, escalation protocols, and runtime monitoring.
• Collaborating with security, integration, and AI teams to ensure governed access to SAP applications and data.
• Supporting client workshops, contributing to methodologies, thought leadership, and proposals for Trusted Agents.

Qualifications And Skills

• Minimum five years’ experience in SAP functional consulting, business process transformation, automation, AI, or related fields.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, engineering, or similar; or equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge of SAP processes in areas like Finance, Procurement, or Supply Chain.
• Experience with AI, automation, SAP BTP, APIs, and emerging technologies is highly preferred.
• Understanding of identity and access management concepts and governance controls.
• Ability to translate business needs into practical AI and governance solutions, with project leadership experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with senior leaders.
