Role Description The Showroom Sales Assistant (Fashion B2B) is a full-time, on-site role based in Los Angeles, CA. This role supports the showroom team by preparing and maintaining product displays, ensuring samples are organized, steamed, and floor-ready, and keeping the showroom presentable for buyers. The Showroom Sales Assistant welcomes and guides buyers through collections, presents key styles and product features, and assists with line sheets, order entry, and follow-up communication. Daily tasks include updating inventory lists, assisting with appointments and trade show preparations, creating basic sales tools, and supporting the sales team with administrative tasks. The role involves regular interaction with buyers and brand representatives, requiring a polished, professional demeanor and a strong interest in fashion and wholesale sales.

Qualifications

• Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Communication, with the ability to build professional relationships and respond to buyer needs.
• Experience or strong interest in Showrooms and fashion wholesale environments, with comfort working around samples, line sheets, and product presentations.
• Proven aptitude or experience in Sales and Retail Sales, ideally in fashion or related consumer products.
• High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
• Comfort with basic digital tools (email, spreadsheets, order entry systems); experience with showroom or wholesale platforms is a plus.
• Ability to stand, move samples, and support physical showroom setup as needed.
• Professional appearance and demeanor, with a genuine interest in fashion trends and the B2B market.
• Previous experience in a showroom, fashion wholesale, or retail environment is preferred but not required.
