**Description** Job description:
We are hiring Field Staff Directors to oversee a targeted paid canvassing operation for a Congressional District in Hudson Valley New York State for the November 2026 Elections.
We are seeking a potential applicant with the flexibility to start immediately and the capability to jump into an existing operation and hit the ground running.
Responsibilities: Supervising paid canvassers in order to achieve program goals
Oversight and execution of recruitment, intake, training, and deployment of canvassers
Providing canvassers with clear, quantitative goals and tracking progress
Canvasser Messaging training
Quality controlling canvasser data
Cutting turf
Utilizing internal tracking systems in order to monitor workflow
**Requirements** Qualifications:
Excellent communication and oratory skills
Leadership skills
Ability to meet goals
Basic computer and interpersonal skills
Punctuality!
Highly motivated
Previous Canvass Management Experience Preferred But Not Required Familiarity with Google Sheets
Familiarity With Votebuilder/VAN/Minivan Software Preferred But Not Required Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
Salary – $6,500/month + $700/month for healthcare
