The Mission

Green Lotus AI is a cutting-edge technology company specializing in deploying advanced AI agents on the GoHighLevel platform. We empower businesses to automate complex processes, capture leads, and scale. We are seeking a high-speed, proactive GHL & AI Specialist to manage funnel builds, complex integrations, and provide top-tier live support to our North American clients.

Key Responsibilities

• AI-Driven Funnel & Workflow Building: Design and launch high-converting funnels using GHL’s AI Funnel Builder, custom snapshot builds, and advanced workflows.
• AI Agent Integration: Connect and manage GHL workflows that seamlessly integrate with our proprietary AI voice and text agents.
• Client Onboarding & Live Support: Serve as a primary technical contact during your 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM EST shift. Confidently lead onboarding calls, troubleshoot issues, and train non-technical clients via video call, email, and chat.
• Platform Operations: Set up and configure sub-accounts, custom fields, pipelines, calendars, call tracking, and third-party connections (e.g., Shopify, custom webhooks, Zapier/Make).

Mandatory Requirements

• GHL Mastery: 2–3+ years of hands-on experience building complex logic, snapshots, and workflows inside GoHighLevel.
• Video & Client Presence: Flawless English communication skills. You must be comfortable, patient, and articulate on live video calls with US/Canadian clients.
• Environment: A dedicated, quiet home office with a professional background.
• Hardware: 100-300 Mbps fiber internet (backup connection required).
• Shift Availability: Must be available consistently from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM Toronto Time without exception.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
