GAME DEVELOPER

Job Type: Full-Time
Experience: 0–3 Years
Location: Chennai
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech/MCA/B.Sc./BCA in Computer Science, Game Development, or a related field

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain 2D/3D games using game engines such as Unity or Unreal Engine.
• Write clean and efficient code using C#, C++, or relevant programming languages.
• Implement gameplay features, game mechanics, UI, animations, and interactions.
• Debug and fix technical issues, performance problems, and game bugs.
• Work with artists, designers, and other developers to implement game requirements.
• Test games across different devices and platforms.
• Optimize game performance, loading time, and memory usage.
• Maintain proper technical documentation and project files.

Required Skills

• Basic to good knowledge of Unity / Unreal Engine.
• Programming knowledge in C# / C++.
• Understanding of game mechanics, physics, UI, and animations.
• Knowledge of 2D/3D game development concepts.
• Problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of Git or other version-control tools is an advantage.

Preferred

• Experience with mobile, PC, or console game development.
• Knowledge of multiplayer/networking concepts.
• Experience with game optimization and performance profiling.
• Candidates with personal game projects or portfolios are encouraged to apply.
