committed to what they are building. The work is varied, the environment is collaborative, and the

- Coordinate Zoom and in-person meetings, managing all logistics including dial-in details, agendas, and pre-reads where required
- Act as a proactive gatekeeper protecting the principals’ time and ensuring the calendar reflects their actual priorities
- Assist with travel arrangements and logistics, ensuring seamless travel experiences (this position does not involve accompanying the principals on travel)
Communications & Relationship Management
- Liaise professionally with external partners, investors, UMG contacts, legal advisors, and other counterparties on behalf of the principals
- Manage relationship appreciation efforts, including thoughtful, timely gifting, acknowledgments, and occasion-based gestures
- Maintain and organize contact lists and digital files with care and consistency
- Handle confidential information with discretion and sound judgment at all times
Team & Operational Support
- Support the wider team across ad-hoc administrative and operational tasks, as the small team size means no one operates in a silo
- Assist with event coordination, internal logistics, and project support as needed
- Contribute to the organization and improvement of administrative systems and processes
- Maintain high responsiveness across communication channels, including Slack, email, phone and Zoom, in line with the team’s operating norms
Qualifications
- Experience in an executive assistant or senior administrative role is preferred, ideally supporting founders or C-suite principals, though we are equally open to candidates who are earlier in their career but demonstrate exceptional drive, instinct, and capability
