Salesforce AI Specialist - Full-Time

The role involves leading the design and development of scalable Salesforce solutions, with a focus on Health Cloud features such as care plans, clinical data models, and provider/patient relationships.

Responsibilities include building Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components, and Flows, as well as participating in code reviews, testing, and deployment using CI/CD pipelines.

Additionally, the role involves configuring Agentforce agents, topics, and AI experiences using Salesforce data and APIs, implementing agent testing and monitoring, and integrating Salesforce with external health systems like HL7/FHIR APIs while ensuring compliance with healthcare data security standards.

Collaboration with analysts, administrators, and architects to translate requirements into technical solutions, along with contributing to release management and performance tuning, are key duties.

Qualifications include a minimum of eight years of Salesforce development experience, proficiency with Apex, LWC, and Salesforce APIs, and certifications such as Salesforce Platform Developer I and Agentforce Specialist.

Strong understanding of Health Cloud data models, healthcare compliance (HIPAA), and experience with AI/ML tools, enterprise integrations, and agile methodologies are preferred.

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills are essential, along with the ability to travel as needed.
