Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Agentic AI Trainer with strong hands-on experience in Generative AI, LLMs, Prompt Engineering and AI Agent development. The trainer should be able to deliver practical, industry-oriented training with real-time projects and hands-on implementation.

Technical Skills

  • Generative AI & LLMs – LLM fundamentals, LLM APIs and AI applications
  • Prompt Engineering – Prompt Design, Optimization, Structured Prompting and Evaluation
  • AI Agents – Agent architecture, tool/function calling, workflows and multi-agent systems
  • RAG – Retrieval-Augmented Generation, embeddings, vector databases and semantic search
  • Agentic AI Frameworks – LangChain, LangGraph and LlamaIndex
  • AI APIs – OpenAI, Gemini, Claude or similar LLM APIs
  • Python – AI/LLM application development
  • APIs & Integrations – REST APIs, JSON and external tool integration
  • Automation – n8n / Make / Zapier for AI workflows
  • Git/GitHub and basic deployment concepts

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver practical Agentic AI and Generative AI training.
  • Conduct hands-on sessions on Prompt Engineering and AI Agent development.
  • Build and explain real-world AI Agent and RAG applications.
  • Train learners on LLM APIs, tool calling and AI workflows.
  • Provide practical projects, assignments and real-time use cases.
  • Guide learners in integrating AI agents with APIs, tools and automation platforms.
  • Explain best practices for building and evaluating Agentic AI applications.

Requirements

  • Strong hands-on experience in Generative AI / Agentic AI.
  • Strong knowledge of Prompt Engineering and LLM applications.
  • Practical experience building AI Agents and RAG-based applications.
  • Good knowledge of Python and LLM APIs.
  • Experience with LangChain, LangGraph or similar frameworks.
  • Ability to explain concepts through practical projects and real-time examples.
  • Good communication and training skills.
  • Industry/project experience is preferred.
