Software Engineer Intern

About the role

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Software Engineer Intern to join our team. This is a great opportunity for students or fresh graduates who want to gain hands-on experience building real-world software and working alongside experienced developers. You will be involved in actual projects and will have the opportunity to learn about software development, debugging, testing, deployment, and modern development practices.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web applications and software features
• Write clean, readable, and maintainable code
• Assist in troubleshooting and fixing software bugs
• Work with the development team to design and implement new features
• Perform testing and debugging of applications
• Participate in code reviews and technical discussions
• Learn and work with new technologies and development tools
• Document technical solutions and development processes

About you

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
• Basic understanding of programming concepts and software development
• Familiarity with at least one programming language such as JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, Java, C#, PHP, or similar
• Basic understanding of databases and APIs is an advantage
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills
• Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
• Able to work independently as well as as part of a team
• Experience with Git/GitHub
• Experience developing web or mobile applications
• Familiarity with React, Vue, Node.js, Laravel, .NET, or other modern frameworks
