About the Role
We’re building an engineering-first Quality Engineering team focused on developer-grade automation, system reliability, and production excellence across mission-critical platforms.
This is not a traditional QA role. We’re looking for developers who engineer quality—not just execute test scripts.
What You’ll Do
🔹 Build scalable automation frameworks across UI, API, integration, and event-driven layers.
🔹 Influence system design, testability, and release readiness as a Quality Architect.
🔹 Embed automated quality gates into CI/CD pipelines.
🔹 Engineer quality for distributed systems, microservices, and high-availability platforms.
🔹 Leverage AI/GenAI for test design, automation, evaluation, and debugging.
🔹 Apply Spec-Driven Development (SDD) to align specifications, implementation, and validation.
Must-Have Skills
✅ Expert-level Java or Python , including OOP, data structures , and design patterns.
✅ Experience building automation frameworks from scratch.
✅ Strong hands-on Playwright experience.
✅ API, integration, and microservices testing expertise.
✅ CI/CD experience with Jenkins, TeamCity, GitHub Actions, or similar tools.
✅ Strong SQL and backend data validation skills.
✅ Experience with performance, load, stress, and resilience testing.
✅ Solid understanding of distributed systems and event-driven architectures.
✅ Practical BDD implementation experience.
✅ Hands-on AI/GenAI tools for test design, coding, and debugging.
✅ Strong AI evaluation skills, prompt engineering, and context management.
➕ Good to Have: Perfecto, JMeter, and other performance testing tools.
