Job Description

Role: Apigee Developer

Location: NYC, NY - Hybrid (2 days onsite per week)

Interview Type – F2F(Final round)

•Apigee Edge: Design and build Apigee proxies, shared flows, and policies (including JavaScript/Java callouts), and troubleshoot runtime issues such as latency, quota enforcement, caching behavior, and routing

•API Management APIs: deployment automation, revision strategy, promotion/rollback, deployment state interrogation, auditability.

•Automation Engineering: Node.js, Grunt, Python/PowerShell scripting, Git-based release workflows.

•CI/CD: gated promotions, approvals, artifact versioning, automated rollback, compliance enforcement.

• API Design: OpenAPI/Swagger, contract validation, schema/version governance.

• Security: OAuth2/JWT, mTLS/cert lifecycle, HTTPS fundamentals.

• Observability: logs/metrics/analytics, alerting integrations; performance tuning mindset.

• Foundations: Linux CLI + networking basics (TCP/IP, DNS, LB, firewalls).
