Software Engineer

AskMeOffers is looking for talented Software Engineers with strong analytical and problem-solving skills to work on AI systems, including training, evaluating, improving, and integrating AI/ML models. If you are a strong software engineer who enjoys solving complex problems, working with data, experimenting with different approaches, and building scalable systems, we would like to hear from you. Candidates with experience in Python, Java, C++, JavaScript/TypeScript, Go, C#, or other modern programming languages are welcome to apply.

What You Will Work OnBuild software and infrastructure for training and evaluating AI models. Work with datasets used for AI/ML training and experimentation. Develop tools and automation for model training, testing, benchmarking, and evaluation.

Analyze model outputs and identify opportunities to improve quality and accuracy. Build APIs, backend services, and data-processing pipelines supporting AI applications. Experiment with different models, prompts, datasets, and evaluation techniques.

Debug complex technical and data-related problems. Optimize AI systems for performance, reliability, scalability, and cost. Collaborate with engineering and product teams to bring AI-powered features into production.

Explore new AI technologies, frameworks, and approaches. You should have: Strong analytical and logical thinking. Good problem-solving and debugging skills.

Solid understanding of software engineering fundamentals. Experience with at least one programming language such as Python, Java, C++, JavaScript/TypeScript, Go, C#, or similar . Understanding of data structures, algorithms, APIs, databases, and software design.

Ability to learn new technologies quickly. Curiosity about AI, machine learning, and modern technology. Ability to independently investigate problems and develop practical solutions.
