We’re Hiring Senior Designer cum Merchandiser – Women’s Western & Fusion Wear

At Younglings (@younglings.in), we design for women who are young at heart — affordable luxury, made to order, with a strong point of view.

We’re looking for a Senior Designer cum Merchandiser to join our core team in Noida.

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗲’𝗿𝗲 𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗼𝗿:

* 3+ years of experience in women’s western or fusion wear

* Retail brand background (domestic Indian brands preferred)

* Strong understanding of commercial design — silhouettes, fabrication, trend adaptation

* Ability to handle both design and merchandising end-to-end

* Hands-on, collaborative, and comfortable in a lean creative team
