AWS Java Springboot Microservices - S

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy enterprise-grade applications using Java and Spring Boot.
• Develop and maintain Microservices-based architecture following industry best practices.
• Build RESTful APIs and integrate with internal and external systems.
• Design and implement cloud-native solutions on AWS.
• Develop scalable and highly available applications using AWS services.
• Collaborate with architects, business analysts, DevOps, and QA teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes.
• Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
• Troubleshoot application issues and optimize performance.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and sprint activities.
• Ensure application security, scalability, and reliability.
• Create and maintain technical documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Java application development.

• Strong hands-on experience with:

• Java 8/11/17
• Spring Boot
• Spring MVC
• Spring Data JPA
• Spring Security

• Hibernate/JPA

• Extensive experience in Microservices Architecture.
• Experience developing REST APIs and Web Services.
• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and design patterns.

• Hands-on experience with AWS services such as:

• EC2
• S3
• RDS
• Lambda
• API Gateway
• ECS/EKS
• CloudWatch
• IAM

• SNS/SQS

• Experience with containerization technologies:

• Docker

• Kubernetes

• Experience with CI/CD tools:

• Jenkins
• GitHub Actions
• GitLab CI/CD

• AWS CodePipeline

• Strong experience with Git and version control systems.

• Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases such as:

• MySQL
• PostgreSQL
• Oracle
• MongoDB
• DynamoDB
