Job Description
Our client a boutique Private Equity fund in Midtown Manhattan is looking for an Executive Assistant. The ideal candidate for this position would have prior administrative experience, can work with little direction, will be detail-oriented, and have the ability to multi-task.

Position: Executive Assistant
Location – Midtown Manhattan – fully onsite with option to WFH every other Friday
Hours: 9am-6pm
Salary: $90k-$120k base plus bonus eligible and benefits
Responsibilities:
- Scheduling internal and external meetings, appointments, and conference calls
- Managing the set up and execution of internal meetings (room set up, catering, etc.)
- Organizing domestic and international travel arrangements (hotels, flights, car services)
- Preparing expense reports
- Managing inventory and ordering of office supplies
- Handle ad-hoc projects such as filing and data entry
- Managing daily lunch orders as well as stocking kitchen and pantry
- Greeting visitors upon arrival
- Answering phones and distributing messages
Requirements:
- 5+ years of prior Administrative experience
- 4 year college degree required
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and impeccable attention to detail
- Great attitude and go getter type
