AI Program/Project Manager-AI/ML Solutions

For our client, we are seeking a AI Program/Project Manager-AI/ML Solutions to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.

This role will drive the vision, scope, and delivery of AI/ML initiatives across the organization, with a strong emphasis on turning complex business needs into actionable project objectives. You will partner closely with Engineering and other cross-functional stakeholders to manage roadmaps, prioritize backlogs, and keep work moving toward high-quality, timely outcomes. The position also involves communicating progress, metrics, and risks to leadership while helping deliver rapid MVPs in a fast-moving, collaborative environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $100,000 – $140,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Collaborate to define the vision, scope, and risks of AI/ML solutions
• Partner with Engineering to maintain solution roadmaps and a prioritized backlog
• Lead delivery of high-quality AI/ML solutions on time and within scope
• Own and prioritize the AI/ML solution roadmap for rapid delivery of MVPs
• Communicate progress, metrics, and results to leadership and stakeholders effectively
• Understand business needs and translate them into clear project objectives
• Identify and evaluate business problems for AI/ML solutions, assessing risks and benefits

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field
• 5+ years of technical product/program management experience, with at least 4 years focused on AI/ML solutions in healthcare
• Proven skills in defining concise product requirements with measurable success criteria
• Strong understanding of data engineering and AI/ML project lifecycles; experience with Databricks is advantageous
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical ideas to diverse audiences
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving results through collaboration
