This role is being recruited by CoffeeSpace on behalf of an anonymous AI startup specializing in AI agents for enterprise home services businesses.

We’re identifying a small number of exceptional forward deployed engineers from our network. If there’s a strong fit, we’ll introduce you directly to the founding team.

Compensation: $170k–$230k base + competitive equity

The team is currently 18 people strong and is based in a collaborative office in the Flatiron district of New York City.

About the role

You will be a critical liaison between customers and the product organization, working with enterprise home services operators to deploy AI agents that drive revenue outcomes. Your role will involve building and deploying AI agents, managing customer relationships, and working cross-functionally with product, engineering, and design teams.

What You’ll Do

• Build and deploy AI agents (voice, text, phone) for enterprise customers in the home services sector

• Own customer relationships end-to-end, from implementation to ongoing success

• Translate customer pain points into platform improvements by collaborating with product, engineering, and design teams

• Handle post-sales implementation and customer success responsibilities

• Contribute to the product roadmap through direct collaboration with founders and team leads

The Ideal Candidate

• 1-5 years of experience in a technical, client-facing role

• Proficiency in Python, SQL, REST APIs, TypeScript, React, Node.js, and related technologies

• Strong communication skills and ability to manage customer relationships

• Experience with AI agent deployment and customer success is a plus
