Healthcare AI Revenue Cycle Management - Manager

Role Overview: This position involves leading healthcare revenue cycle management initiatives, with a focus on integrating AI tools to optimize patient access, clinical, and financial processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess provider organization capabilities through site visits, stakeholder interviews, and data analysis.
• Leverage AI technologies such as EHR, CRM, automation, and analytics to enhance revenue cycle functions.
• Design and redesign business processes incorporating AI and RPA/IA techniques for improved efficiency.
• Manage project activities, prepare reports, and present insights to healthcare clients.
• Conduct research, data collection, and analysis to support project deliverables.
• Lead and mentor internal teams, oversee performance reviews, and ensure project success.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum of five years’ consulting or industry experience in operations improvement or systems integration, with at least two years of team management.
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields such as Healthcare Administration, Business, or MIS.
• Experience applying AI tools across healthcare revenue cycle processes, including financial clearance, billing, scheduling, and patient access.
• Proficiency in data analysis, visualization, and handling large datasets using advanced analytics tools.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and client engagement skills.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
