Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) Developer to help design, build, and mature SPM capabilities for a Global Workplace business unit. This role is hands‑on and delivery‑focused, centered on low‑code development within the ServiceNow SPM workspace, workflow configuration, reporting, insights, dashboards, and automation. The ideal candidate brings deep ServiceNow SPM experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable platform solutions that drive adoption, visibility, and data accuracy.

• ServiceNow SPM Expertise – Proven hands‑on experience developing and configuring the ServiceNow SPM module in production environments.
• Low‑Code Development & Workflow Configuration – Comfortable building workflows and enhancements within the SPM workspace, with supporting JavaScript knowledge.
• Reporting, Insights & Dashboards – Strong ability to design reports, dashboards, and analytics that drive adoption and executive visibility.
• Business Partnering & Requirements Translation – Experience working with PMO, finance, and non‑IT stakeholders to translate requirements into platform functionality.
• Agile Delivery Mindset – Ability to work in an Agile environment, structuring work for incremental and measurable value delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Hands‑on implementation and configuration within the ServiceNow SPM module.
• Perform low‑code development, including workflow configuration and scripting (JavaScript beneficial).
• Build and enhance reporting, insights, dashboards, automation capabilities, auditing, and SLAs.
• Support and deliver key initiatives such as:
• Demand workflow changes
• Project‑related process updates
• Strategic Planning Workspace implementation
• Reporting and insights dashboards
• Gather requirements from multiple groups (PMO, finance, and business stakeholders) and translate them into effective SPM solutions.
• Partner with the team to establish and follow ServiceNow best practices for release management, story structuring, and environment progression.
• Collaborate with a potentially globally distributed engineering team, including offshore resources.
