Job Description
We are seeking a Project Manager to join our team! You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, running materials, and implementation. EXPERIENCE IN PAINTING AND MANAGING JOB SITES IS REQUIRED.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation
- Allocate resources for assigned projects
- Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
- Interface with vendors, painters, subcontractors, management and clients
- Negotiate with contractors to receive reasonable order costs
- Ensure quality of work is on par with company standards
- Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans, budget and specifications
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in painting
- Familiarity with construction management software (i.e Drip jobs)
- Strong leadership qualities
- Strong negotiation skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Strong in time managment
Job Type: Full-time
Projected Total Compensation: From $25.00 per hour
