Job Description
Are you a detail-oriented finance professional looking to make an impact within a well-known organisation? Do you have experience in using Xero?
I am recruiting an interim Accounts Assistant to join a highly regarded finance team on an initial 3-6-month temporary basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Processing supplier invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
- Reviewing supplier statements and requesting missing documentation.
- Managing supplier and internal finance queries with professionalism.
- Monitor bank feeds, post incoming/outgoing transactions, and flag unexpected movements.
- Performing bank reconciliations for all outgoing payments.
Ideal experience:
- Previous experience in using Xero system is essential.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Experience of assisting with VAT is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills for managing supplier and internal relationships.
My client can offer fully remote working for the whole duration of the contract.
