Job Description

A leading consultancy is looking for a Java Developer. This role involves working with a high-profile end client to support and develop critical systems using Java and Oracle WebLogic technologies.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Developing and maintaining applications using Java 11+ and supporting legacy systems.
  • Managing and configuring Oracle WebLogic 11gR1 environments.
  • Developing and supporting PL/SQL database components.
  • Implementing and supporting ElasticSearch functionality.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver technical solutions for a high-profile project.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong expertise in Java 11+ and experience with legacy system support.
  • Proven experience with Oracle WebLogic 11gR1 or a similar application server.
  • Hands-on experience with ElasticSearch development and PL/SQL.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the UK and hold active SC Clearance.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Spring Boot, Docker, Git, and Jenkins is preferred.
